I challenged MOS on the validity of his religous claims, pointing out some hypocritical, hurtful behavior he engaged in. He welcomed the challenge. I conducted it mainly through PMs. When he tried to brush off his transgressions by glibly saying he's got Jesus now so his rotten behavior from before is okay and he needn't apologize or make amends, I held his feet to the fire. He basically melted down and blocked my messages. I think he believes he's Christian, but he really can't answer any of the deeper questions nor does he practice Christianity in his day to day affairs. Just likes to "sound off".

What is your maximum flat bench?

Today as a max it's in the low 400s, but I don't know the exact number.  I wouldn't guess anymore than 425lbs for a single.

I'll still occassionally work up to a final heaviest set of a handful of reps with 405lbs on good heavy chest day, but recently I've been about volume sets with moderate poundages.

No, never used any PEDs or any of that stuff.  Tempted to try it many times from age 18 -35, but never followed through.  Tried some creatine a few times (just retained water on it) and other snake oil tablets from GNC or other vitamin stores (fat burners, amino acid tab, Hot Stuff, Cybergencis, etc...).

Today just multi-vit/min, probiotics for digestion, glucosamine for joint health (started it recently and evaluating the "snake-oilyness" of it   and some daily low carb whey protein between meals.

Been blessed with genetic strength, but also suffer from genetic disc issues in back......with the strengths are always some weaknesses unfortunately.

Pro-hormones are drugs. No loopholes and not following the Bible. Case closed.

Are pro-hormones not a part of PEDs?  I don't really know all that stuff and terminology.

Never taken any pro-hormones or PEDs or prescription drugs stuff for muscle building.

I'll never used syringes or prescription tablets or anything like that.

Just used the stuff I've noted already.

LOL!!  Well, it did nothing for me in high school so I abandoned it halfway through the bottle.  FYI, me and a friend stole the Hot Stuff from a GNC!!

Yes actually.  We were eventually caught by security in another store and our parents contacted.

We went to the different places and spoke with managers and returned things we had and most extended grace when they didn't need to.

As I said I was in high school at the time and 15 years old.

That was almost 30 years ago and I was clearly not living for Christ.

I find it funny how atheists are ignorant on matters of God yet somehow more enlightened as it pertains to the truth of God.  

Funnier still, is the backwards perception of believers who actually are educated and experienced in matters of God yet are called stupid, weak and blind.

The theist reaches out to the atheist to educate and encourage them about God and are met by the atheist with statements of, "I don't need God.  I don't need to learn that fairytale crap.  I don't care about that God stuff.  But I know it's all garbage!"

You remain ignorant about God because you don't study the bible, follow what ti says or desire to know God or anything about God.   That would leave you ignorant on matters of God....pretty straight forward.
