I have no time for such childish pursuit's, I associate vegans with teenage girls going through a phase or a hippy/tree hugger type that wears sandals..

He doesnt eat meat I am sure a strong meat eater like yourself would have no problem kicking his ass and show him that you need to eat meat to be powerful.

This. And raising a child vegetarian/vegan especially is IMHO child neglect/abuse.

Spoke to a guy i know who has been vegetarian for around a year, his training is on its arse and hes declining rapidly.
Hes eating 8 meals a day to try and take in enough protein.

Seriously, whats wrong with people who want to make life so difficult for themselves.

Heart Disease and Strokes are caused by High Homocysteine Levels, caused by eating carbohydrates.

exactly, and the high carb diets were intentionally pushed to make more profit, it had nothing to do with health

And the lipid theory of heart disease, allows the doctors to make huge profits from bypass surgery, drugs, and heart transplants, caused by high carb/low fat diets, that has been "recommended" by the AMA and the government, for the last 45+ years.

Just look at who in the world has the highest numbers in obesity and heart disease and what they are eating =USA.... Asians historically eat super high carb, low fat, low protein, low in sugar and processed foods, and look at their rates of obesity and heart disease...and look at their body types most are very lean and slender. However, now that the western food franchises such as McDonalds have made their way across the globe, the body types of these  Asians are beginning to change.

Most Asians are lean, and slender because they are starving. They don't eat much of anything, and you won't see a cut set of abs on any of them, because their carb diet they are starving on, is forcing their body to hoard fat on the most likely spot, on the stomach. None of the Asian statistics are real since most Asians aren't autopsied, just thrown in a hole and buried, or burnt. No death certificates even.

We are talking about heart disease and obesity, having a six pack has nothing to do with health. These cultures typically eat rice, noodles, veggies, fruit, and very little protein mostly coming from fish. Dude its a no brainer, carbs do not cause obesity, it's the combination of high fat foods, combined with high processed carbs/sugar that cause this.

hahaha... spot on

People are lean because they dont eat excessive calories, it has very little to do with the actual content of their diet.

Inuits eat a very high calorie high fat diet, they have to because its fucking freezing cold, people in the Caribbean eat very little because its fucking roasting...

Finally somebody talks with sense the reason people are so fat because of the excessive amount of sugar they consume, go into the supermarket and everything is filled with sugar, cereals, sauces, snacks this cause your blood sugar to crash your hormones go out of whack causing you to overeat and this is stored as bodyfat add in the high sodium in the foods and now you are fat and bloated.

Look up "High Homocysteine Levels and Heart Disease." That's the real truth about the cause of heart disease. And it's from eating carbs.

This dude eats excess of 5,000 cals a day, he is a cyclist, downs 30 bananas a day, and usually a white rice meal at night, been doing this diet for 15 years, just did a dexa bodyfat scan and register 3.8 bodyfat, no meat mostly raw vegan.

All sugars are not created equal if you use sugar from nature like honey, maple syrup, eat some raisins you will be fine, the problem is manufacturers are cheap and want to make as much money as possible so they use man made  refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup in their products this is poison for the body it cant handle it and after many years you end up fat with diabetes.

You are one of the dumbest guys on here let me explain something to you there are different body types ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph, ecto produces the lowest amount of insulin followed by meso and endo produces the highest, when you eat the crap you mention the blood sugar crashes in all body types but because the ecto produces low insulin he does not get fat easily but he will still end up with diabetes, plus add steroids to the equation and you will look good, does not mean that you are healthy you will still  end up with diabetes, high blood pressure and heart problems because of the shitty diet.
