130/90 isn't that bad. For being on the gas, I'm surprised it's that low. Even in my best shape I've been in that range for most of my life. That said, I have a hereditary predisposition for hypertension, apparently.
When I was starving myself, my BP was routinely 100/60, and sometimes even lower. So there's one strategy...

Also keep in mind that bp varies drastically, even for little apparent reason. If you're worried, get a machine and measure it routinely for a long period.
