Hormones like Leptin and Ghrelin play a huge role in how we store fat and regulate appetite...and they are very influenced by what we eat.
Same goes for insulin, Igf1 etc etc.
To say fat is fat and carbs are carbs is to say you have no understanding of nutrition!
