This is what happens when people have never been taught to lose with grace. Trophies for everyone, no ones feelings can be hurt. Their minds simply can't understand what happened

Most real men would never have a "friend" like this in the first place.

Exactly.. how did they become "friends" to begin with, with such flimsy understanding going on between them.

Probably butt-buddies having a girl fight, more like.

Poll: Dems more likely to unfriend people due to political posts
The Hill ^ | December 19, 2016 | By Joe Concha

Democratic voters are almost three times as likely to have "blocked, unfriended, or stopped following someone on social media" after Donald Trump's victory, according to a study released Monday.

The non-partisan Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI ) found 24 percent of Democrats disassociated themselves from people on social media because of a political postings, while only nine percent of both Republicans and independents report doing the same to those in social media circles.

When breaking down categories further using conservative and liberal characterizations, liberals say they eliminated someone from their social media circle due to what they shared online 28 percent to 8 percent of conservatives.

For self-described moderates, 11 percent say they blocked, unfriended or unfollowed someone due to what they posted online. . .

Yawn!

I'm a Democrat with a lot of Republican friends, none of which have I "unfriended". Most everyone, regardless of their political views are much more than just their politics. You might be the exception. You seem to thrive on your political bent. If you didn't have something or someone to grouse about, you'd have no reason for being.

Well younger people today can't control their emotions, take everything as a personal offense. Older people in general have lived in the real world long enough to understand emotional outbursts will get you no where.

You are from a different era. These monsters growing up now a days simply cannot tolerate a different view point.

And lay off Chris. No need to cast aspersions like that towards him.

He's a good guy who just happens to be passionate about his political views.

This kind of thing really annoys me.

EVERYONE will say they want civil rights, freedom of speech with open, fair elections until...
someone disagrees with them or votes for the other candidate .

My impression is that Chis posted the article from The Hill and these are not his words. My "Yawn" is not intended for Chris, but for the article.

There is nothing wrong with being passionate about something you believe in as long as you understand there can be passion coming from the other side too. My cousin called me out for being upset with folks demonstrating after Trump was elected on November 8. He pointed out that demonstrations play a big part in a democracy. My cousin is pretty conservative politically speaking.

If it were not for varying viewpoints the world would be a much sorrier place. No one would ever learn or try anything new. We'd truly be like sheep, jumping off cliffs en-mass.

While many disagreements are at the extreme opposite ends, the truth/solution often is somewhere in the middle.

I know it has been said before, but it bears repeating:

Saddest thing about that....people still won't see how the press gives out the left's marching orders....even when it is that explicit!

Passenger thrown off flight after confronting Ivanka Trump

JetBlue kicked a Brooklyn lawyer and his husband off a plane at JFK on Thursday morning — after he accosted fellow passenger and future First Daughter Ivanka Trump and her family right before takeoff.

“Your father is ruining the country!” Dan Goldstein shouted at Trump, as she sat with her husband Jared Kushner and their three kids in the coach section of the cabin, TMZ reported.

The pre-flight shout-down on the Palm Beach, Fla-bound plane happened minutes after Goldstein’s seat-mate tweeted that “my husband” was “chasing” Trump and her family down “to harass them.”

“Ivanka and Jared at JFK T5,” Matthew Lasner tweeted at just before 6:30 a.m., referring to Terminal Five. “Flying commercial,” the tweet noted.

“My husband chasing them down to harass them,” the tweet continued, followed by the hashtag #banalityofevil.

Goldstein, who had a child in his arms, began shouting at Trump as the plane readied to take off, demanding to know why she was on the flight and not on a commercial plane, TMZ reported.

“Why is she on our flight? She should be flying private,” he reportedly shouted.

One passenger on the flight told TMZ that Ivanka calmly ignored the shouts and tried distracting her three kids with crayons.

Both men were escorted off the plane and offered “the next available flight,” the airline said.

“You’re kicking me off for expressing my opinion?” one of the men griped as they were led out, according to TMZ.

“The decision to remove a customer from a flight is not taken lightly,” JetBlue said in a statement issued later Thursday.

“If the crew determines that a customer is causing conflict on the aircraft, the customer will be asked to deplane, especially if the crew feels the situation runs the risk of escalation during flight,” the airline said.

“In this instance, our team worked to re-accommodate the party on the next available flight.”
