So what happens when you only eat noninsulinogenic foods?  The nutrients just swim around in your bloodstream, you only use what you need, and the rest gets flushed out?

Honest question, never really understood whats supposed to happen, even at the highest level...

Animal source fats don't raise insulin levels much at all. Plant source fats do raise insulin levels, even worse with vegetable seed oils.

Animal source proteins don't raise insulin levels much. Plant source proteins raise insulin levels more.

Apparently, your body can recognize the plant based sources of the fats and proteins that you eat, and responds by spiking insulin levels higher, than for animal source fats and proteins.

spiking insulin can make you hungry and as such eat excess calories, its not the spiking insulin that makes you fat, its the excess calories.

In a calorific deficit you can spike insulin all you want you wont get fat.
