I was around until I left in 2001 for Muscle Mayhem because Chad asked me to come on board.  Honestly, I was here rarely as the board in 99-2000 was a bit dusty.  I mainly posted over at Meso-RX and Elite Fitness at the time as there were more people that I could sell steroids and the DOC file the Cookbook (pre-ebook PDF era folks) .  I respected Ron enough not to bring that shit here.  

There was for a few years a forum war between Muscle Mayhem and Getbig but after the McFarland incident, me and True Adonis...well a little more credit to Adonis cleaned house and came over to Getbig.  Even though I had an account already, I started my Vince G, CSN CPT account in 2003.  I deleted it in 2005 because I wanted to change my name to Vince G, CSN MFT which I realized was not needed.  But that's why my start date shows 2005.


FYI, if you want to know why I use the CSN MFT HHF etc bullshit....well its actually for marketing purposes for selling products and services.   My certifications are real but its more of a showpiece for business purposes

I kinda left Mayhem around the time that Lana Appreciation thread got started getting stupid. I had been on here on and off as a guest and milly type account plus another prior to that(can't remember to be honest, Ron crashed/restarted the board at some point when I was not on)

The mayhem vs getbig stuff was funny to read and alot of great legendary characters came about as a result.

Sometimes I cringe when I think of the things I wrote/thought back 10-15 years ago, hell two months ago. But there is that laugh factor sometimes

Hell half of the posts from the first 25 pages of my profile were usually under the influence of alcohol and/ordrugs. I know this place attracts drunks as we have seen with Donny and King Shizzo, however I would like to think that between those two I was as least the first drunk alky getbigger who had at least spent time in the gym lifting actual weights and not just hanging out in the locker room naked with a towel around my neck

It would be funny if you had a son and he entered a contest and the sons of Arnold and Paul Graham were the judges.
