Yes, the people who are with him in the room's words are meaningless.

But you're going to believe what you want.

I'm going to believe what facts show.  He talks a lot of shit when the other person isn't around. TACO

Who ya gonna call?    Well, nobody on those Trumpy phones.

---
Trump’s “Made-In-America” MAGA phone scam explodes as delivery date passes WITHOUT A SINGLE SHIPMENT.
Donald Trump’s latest business venture — the so-called “Trump Mobile” phone — is spiraling into yet another classic MAGA grift, complete with broken promises, fake photos, vanishing claims, and a whole lot of angry customers wondering where their money went. In other words, it's a perfect metaphor for the entire Trump brand.
Back in June, Trump’s sons strutted into Trump Tower and unveiled what they hyped as a brand-new, American-made smartphone — a patriotic red-white-and-blue “T1” device that would supposedly take on Apple and Samsung while carrying the Trump empire into the tech world. They promised it would ship in August. They plastered it with an American flag and bragged that it was built “right here in the USA.”
But fast-forward three months, and there is still no phone, no launch, no updates — and absolutely no sign that this product was ever real.
NBC News even ordered the $499 phone, paid the required $100 deposit, and received the Trumpian equivalent of a “Congratulations, you’ve been scammed!” email. Then came a string of excuses, contradictory ship dates, and customer-service reps who couldn’t keep their stories straight. At one point, Trump Mobile claimed the government shutdown prevented them from shipping a smartphone — a level of absurdity usually reserved for satire.
But that’s only the beginning.
Behind the scenes, someone at Trump Mobile has been quietly rewriting the company’s website like a panicked student editing a term paper at 3 a.m. Gone is any reference to “Made in the USA.” Suddenly, the phone is merely “brought to life in the USA.” It has an “American-proud design” — whatever that means — but no promises about where it’s actually made. Spoiler alert: experts say it’s basically impossible to build a full smartphone in America on the timeline Trump promised. One U.S. manufacturer said it took six years and still relies on foreign parts.
Meanwhile, the marketing images for the T1 phone keep magically changing. At first, Trump Mobile posted photos of a phone with a triple-camera design. Then, out of nowhere, they posted a different photo — this time featuring way more cameras — claiming “The wait is almost over!” Except someone noticed that the picture looked suspiciously like a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in a Spigen case. Then Spigen noticed too… and suggested they might sue.
You cannot make this up.
So what is Trump selling while customers wait for the mythical MAGA phone?
Refurbished iPhones — made in China.
Samsung devices — made in South Korea.
All advertised as being “brought to life right here in the USA.”
This isn’t a smartphone business. It’s a grift disguised as patriotism, powered by Trump-branded marketing fluff and designed to squeeze money out of his base one $100 “preorder deposit” at a time.
And it fits a familiar pattern: the Trump Watch Collection (up to $100,000 per watch), the “God Bless the USA Bible” (which earned Trump $1.3 million), and now a phone that appears to exist only in Trump Tower PowerPoints and Photoshopped renders.
The truth is simple: The Trump Mobile T1 was never “Made in America.”It was never ready for launch. And it may never have been real.
But the $100 deposits? Oh, those are very real.
Welcome to the MAGA economy — where the products are imaginary, the patriotism is fake, and the only thing made in the USA is the money flowing into Donald Trump’s pockets.

Winning so much that you have to delay the expected unveiling of new health care cost proposal.   :'( :'(

Oh wait... isn't it just extensions of the ACA for another two years?   ???   That was his "concept of a plan"?  You twats went through with the longest gov't shutdown in history for this?   Weak ass bitches.

It's just Monday.  Y'all triggered little snowflakes better buckle up.  Looks like a longggg week ahead for you.   And for the Mar-A-Retardo cleaning staff as well.  Those walls will be dripping in Heinz later tonight.

It ain't looking good for the home team.

Trump Delays His Health Care Plan After Revolt From Republicans
Republican members of Congress are pissed about the health care plan Donald Trump came up with.

https://newrepublic.com/post/203622/trump-delays-health-care-plan-revolt-republicans

Donald Trump was all set to unveil his health care plan to the public Monday but now plans to delay it after backlash from Republicans in Congress.

The “Healthcare Price Cuts Act,” according to MS NOW, would have included a two-year extension to Affordable Care Act subsidies, which are due to expire next month and were a sticking point in government shutdown negotiations. It would also seek to end what the White House calls “surprise premium hikes,” and would require a small minimum premium payment, eliminating the $0 premium.

Politico reports that the plan would have limited the subsidies to people whose incomes amount to 700 percent of the federal poverty line. But Republicans on Capitol Hill are not happy with the plan, with one of them anonymously telling MS NOW, “I wasn’t expecting the proposal to be Obamacare-lite. Absolutely not supportive of extending ACA subsidies.

“I’ve talked to enough [Republicans] to know that people weren’t expecting this and aren’t happy about it,” added the member of Congress. “I don’t see how a proposal like this has any chance of getting majority Republican support. We need to be focused on health care, but extending Obamacare isn’t even serious.”

The Trump administration seems to have put together the plan without input from its allies in Congress, with Republicans telling the news outlet that they didn’t know the proposal would extend ACA subsidies. The budget deal ending the government shutdown was rejected by all but eight Democrats in the Senate because it only included the promise of a vote on the subsidies, as opposed to an outright extension.

If there were an election today and the only choice of candidates was between President Joe Biden and Donald Trump, I would, without hesitation, vote for Joe Biden. Both men most likely suffer from diminished cognitive functions.

Anymore questions?

And do you suffer from diminished cognitive functions?

absolutely,
Mr Hegseth has so much time making serious decisions defending the nation that he has time to comment on some old dudes uniform malfunction

Yes, I'm sure the 1 or 2 minutes it took him to comment had a devastating effect on his defense of the nation.

But at least he made laugh.   :)

Yes, what he missed, like you (obviously) is that it was dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE not because of the merits (the Grand Jury found no issues with the evidence) of the indictment but because of a procedural error. It will likely be overturned on appeal and if not the case can be refiled and new indictments will be handed down. Aside from that, this was a Bill Clinton activist appointed judge.

All the judge did was buy Comey and James time for the inevitable. Since Lurker can’t think outside of a propaganda clickbait headline, this jackass was doing some sort a victory lap

The only reason you mentioned the appeal is because you had to go back and look it up to understand why you didn’t get it. But there you were doing your victory lap that always backfires.

If you actually understood what the ruling meant you might not have posted it….i take that back, you would have.

Thanks for the information. To refile with new indictments looks like and uphill battle. What do you think the basis for a successful appeal would be?

The Department of Justice can appeal these rulings and could get them reversed on appeal, or it could refile them after a new U.S. attorney is named in accordance with law.

If Currie’s rulings stand, the Justice Department can’t just file the cases again, with Halligan still in this role, unless the Trump administration follows the procedures set forth in the law for her proper appointment.

It may be too late for the case against Comey, however, because the statute of limitations on those charges has already run out. As Currie noted in her Comey ruling, while the statute of limitations is generally suspended when a valid indictment has been filed, an invalid indictment, like the one against Comey, would not have the same effect on the statute of limitations.

https://theconversation.com/without-prejudice-what-this-2-word-legalese-means-for-the-dismissed-charges-against-james-comey-and-letitia-james-270559

On another note: The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a $1 million sanction against Trump and his lawyer Alina Habba for their frivolous conspiracy-laden racketeering lawsuit targeting Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and former FBI Director James Comey.

Wrong again retardo.  If the administration had anything other than shit for brains -like you- they would not have used a quack prosecutor in the first place.  You know all the "I hire the best people" crap and all that...   :D :D :D

When they appeal and it fails again what will your little excuse be?

https://www.axios.com/2025/11/26/trump-hillary-clinton-lawsuit-sanction

Court upholds Trump's nearly $1M penalty for frivolous Clinton suit

A conservative federal appeals court unanimously upheld nearly $1 million in sanctions against President Trump and his former attorney Alina Habba for filing what it called a "frivolous" lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and other political enemies.

The big picture: Wednesday's ruling is the latest roadblock in Trump's long-running effort to punish his foes. It's also the president's second loss with the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in recent days, after it refused to revive his defamation lawsuit against CNN.

A district court judge tossed and eviscerated the case Trump brought against Hillary Clinton and others, writing in 2023 that it "should never have been filed" and was "in bad faith."

Driving the news: The three-judge panel found the district court did not abuse its discretion in slamming Trump and Habba with sanctions and agreed with the lower court's findings that the president's arguments were deficient.

Chief Judge William Pryor Jr., a George W. Bush appointee, wrote the 36-page opinion joined by Trump-appointee Andrew Brasher and Biden-appointee Embry Kidd.
"President Trump will continue to pursue this matter to its just and rightful conclusion," a spokesperson for Trump's legal team said in a statement provided to Axios.

Context: Habba represented Trump before he was re-elected and appointed her to serve as the acting U.S. attorney for New Jersey.

But a federal judge ruled in August that she had been acting as U.S. attorney without legal authority, determining her interim tenure had expired. The DOJ has challenged that decision.

U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks tossed the lawsuit in September of that year, calling it a "two-hundred-page political manifesto."
He later sanctioned Trump, Habba and her law firm to pay $937,989 for filing the frivolous lawsuit.
"Mr. Trump's deliberate use of a frivolous lawsuit for an improper purpose constitutes bad faith," the judge wrote at the time. "And the behavior is not unique, but part of a plan, or at least a playbook."
