What I find interesting about "winter gas" is that while it is cheaper to buy but it also burns and evaporates faster than the summer blends do. On average, you get somewhere between 1% to 2% less MPG from winter blends.  I do not know if this makes the supposed savings a wash.

Like Deadz, I fill my 11-gallon gas tank one time or less than once a month. Currently, with 99% city driving in a hilly neighborhood, I get just under 22 MPG. I drive less than 200 miles per month most of the time. So, the higher gas prices have not been as big a problem for me than it has for many other people. I feel bad for people who have a long commute to their jobs.

I am surprised Deadz drives an eight-cylinder vehicle. Based on his previous brags, I imagine he be driving a high-end v-12 vehicle like a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, or a Mercedes-Maybach S 680.

A Ferrari would be a fun drive.

There was a time when I was in my 20's when I dreamed of owning a Mercedes or a Jaguar (any model would have been okay). But that time passed years ago.

Last April, I traded in my 2016 Mazda CX-3 GT on a 2026 Mazda CX-30 2.5 S Premium. After driving the CX-3 for ten years, it had only 36,000 miles on it. So, the new purchase was bought on a whim and because I wanted a change and not because I needed a new car. I did not go for the Turbo model because I am an old man who drives like an old man. LOL!

My daughter has a 2026 Mazda 3 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus. What is funny about this is that she drives the speed limit just like her dad does. Her Mazda is sportier looking than mine and also more expensive.
