Oh really, care to tell me what makes legs grow then?

You have very skinny legs since you have being training for a long time you need a hardcore routine for growth, superset leg extensions with front squat for 15 to 20 reps for your quads and superset romanian deadlifts with legs curls for your hamstrings, this will shock your small quads into growth you should see a difference.

It will do nothing but make them sore, after so long lifting no one is making gains.. Hope this helps!

That is absolutely not true typical meathead bro science logic, the reason why advance bodybuilder dont see gains is their body becomes resistant to the damage they give it so to continue making gains you have to increase the intensity to damage the muscle further, in other words lower the volume, increase the intensity with quarter reps, force reps, rest pause etc and do less workouts and you will continue to see gains.

Stop it you are not maxed out obviously you will not get the gains like you did in the early years of lifting but you can still see some leans muscle mass gains for the year, you are just saying this because you dont want to train hard.

stop trying to pretend you have any idea what you are talking about you are simply a Google search gimmick.
Until you post a real picture your opinion is totally invalid.

Sorry its 100% true, you can kill your self in the gym and still accomplish nothing, or you can wake up and appreciate what you've got and try and maintain it as long as possible... In the healthiest and safest way of doing so

Past 5 yrs propper training, only thing that will put more lean mass on you is a death stack/gh/slin combo, other than that your 17" arms will still be the same size or smaller in a few yrs time

Depends on your goals everybody knows that getting up to that size is just lots of glycogen and water in the muscle but it sure feels good to be the biggest guy in the room.

Hardly skinny at all and no geek either...

Great squats with perfect form, pretty strong. I'm more impressed with his olympic lifts though.

I'm also not so sure about him being on steroids... I would at least consider the possibility that he is actually natural although he might as well not be.

I'm sure though that he is not doing ridiculous cycles like most bodybuilders at a local show.

The older I get the more I think that bodybuilding is really not a proper sport or at least not a sport that I like too much anymore. I mean I think big muscles (up to a point.. like Shawn Ray, Flex, Levrone...) look great but it's not worth it which is why I'm focusing more on strength and endurance nowadays.

This guy is still looking more muscular than most guys at the gym who are calling themselves bodybuilders.

Another thing is that he's a weight class athlete. Realistically, his lift #'s  make him best suited for the #69kg or #77kg (which he competes in). If he did get bigger, he'd be in the #85kg where there are some real monsters of the Olympic lifting game right now.

I am 57, start lifting at late 80ties, and still making good gains, so guess what? Your statement is bullshit. In fact, there is no age and no amount of training which stop your gains, if you do it smartly.

What comes to this geek and squatting, what Tom Platz has tell in the interviews? He learn right way to do squats just looking how Olympic lifters, like that geek, did it. These kind of squats, hack squats like Tom used to do them, some extensions and presses, and if your thigh doesn't grow, try to find some another sport, like chess.  ;D
