Looking good.

The room behind you though.... :-\

its our junk room, could do with a tidy I know but the rest of the house is very tidy.

its an add on room near the front door, I just close the door and no one sees it when they come in.

I might tidy it this week as my Mrs is away in Egypt, get some brownie points =for when she gets back

Be There what are your goals for the show? What body parts are you focusing on? I think you look tremendous but if I may be so bold as to criticize would you take exception?

Criticise away mate,

Well not being critical really just thinking how you could be even better. You are very complete and balanced, no weak muscle groups so don't get me wrong I think you have a fantastic physique and I do hope you win. I think potentially you could add a little size on you outer quad sweep and maybe a little upper chest. That and shed that tiny bit of fat on your lower abs and you will be even more incredible. Best of luck , admire your dedication and longevity in the sport.

just working on legs, training them harder and heavier as of late trying to get a bit more size an separation, agree totally on chest, I looked back on  my older pics and realised I have lost a bit of size in my chest, maybe age catching up with me, My pec line isnt what it used to be, as for the fat, Im 16 weeks out, that will be long gone.

thanks for the feedback.

pretty much spot on,do you think any specific training to upper chest moreso can improve it as you diet and get even leaner in that area .

I dont really have much faith in the old inclines for chest routines
I think its how you train the overall chest, people have been doing inclines for years to work the so called upper pecs yet we havent seen a rise in competitors with huge upper pecs

I have started flat benching and am getting a good feeling in the whole chest, I havent done them for years
I do slight incline dumbells and decline smith machine press, going to add in some weighted dips as well

Criticise away mate,

you have to be ready for war every time you don the thong and hit the stage son.

edit: fail at embedding the gif above lol.

did you blast gear in your early BB years or did you always stick to the low-moderate dosages?

I would also add to them areas -- More upper outer lat width -
16 weeks out - I'd chip away for this show & then plan ahead
9mnths to a year.
Great Physique- well balanced - That & Dry tight conditioning
Will be hard to beat - Add in the few improvements.. !!

I think the key is to add a few more pounds / eat a bit more.
That in it's self is your biggest problem to overcome by your

Change the scenery of your pics for a change bro. For example the master bedroom with the little lady half naked draped over the bed in the background. Keep us on our toes. Spice it up for us Be There!

I would hope not, though that is your decision.
With a few alterations / improvements which I think are achievable
I could see you placing very well at the British Finals.
