BETHERE .... WOW, In my humble opinion ... The Ideal Physique!

Enter that contest in similar condition as your most recent photo ... and I cannot foresee anyone beating you or even coming close.

Can you give us some info on your lifetime contest history?

Why 200 lbs and not 198? Did they change the weight divisions since I've been gone?

Well that just proves my point of skinny man genetics. Not knocking you Be Here but this is a prime example of the genetics of a man that does not gain fat and is probably in the 150's without the aid of PED's.
Both photos are of you on PED's 20 years apart which shows no improvement what so ever. So, you are doing the same thing over and over like a fly hitting a window you haven't learned whatever you're doing isn't working.
Basically start a complete rehaul of your diet.

STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped training altogether for 10 years, I managed to get back to where I was previously when I started back.

Sorry Im not fat enough.

That is  muscle memory because you are a lazy undisciplined lifter who relies on his ectomorph genetics to stay in shape, you never got anywhere in bodybuilding because you are mentally weak and afraid of hard training.

Your pics and story are a real inspiration for me. 100% serious.
It would be a long way for present me, to get into YOUR kind or condition.
What contest will you compete in?

The guy behind you looks like he's thinking; " Damn, I wish I'd worked my quads harder."

I'm managing to keep the legs, to be fair i think they are going to be better this year, I have started to train them a bit harder , I could only really do hacks before due to back problems, we have a couple of new bits of kit in the gym and I'm getting some good sessions in.

That's a great attitude on legs.

My right shoulder and low back is shot, but my knees are fine.
I can train legs hard as I want now, as long as stay away from reg barbell squats.
I was never happy with my quads back in the day.

Might be fun to try again and make legs my feature body part!
Good luck and keep posting info and pics.
Thanks again.

This thread is welcome to stay here, trolling, hate and all, however, I'd like to see you set up a thread on the Positive board where things will remain on topic.  I'm sure the positive members of the boards would appreciate following your progress without the additional clutter.

Why dont you inspire us all and get back in the gym regular and see what kind of shape you can get into for the summer, you had a class physique at one time..

Thanks, but in all seriousness I'd need to compete in the fall to look stage ready again.
I don't want to ramble on about big plans and then bail out LOL.
Suffice to say, Be There has lit a fire under me by showing what's possible over 50 .

train 5 days a week Sunday through Wednesday and Friday, Thursday and Saturday off.

I train whatever I feel like when I get to the gym, whatever equipment is available sometimes same bodypart two days in a row

Chest Arms
Back Shoulders
legs

I dont really count sets or reps but I go high reps never less than 8

Jeff, unlike a ton of armchair quarterback, wannabe gimmicks who critique you, you know your body and they just post drivel without pics.

You`re gonna` kick some ass this year bud.

Stay on point.

Interesting Training routine,
As already stated it works for you.
It goes to show just how different we are when it comes to training & response.

I would expect you do place very well.
Great all round physique. 👍🏻
