Are you aware about what those type of foods does to your body internally, increase risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, high inflammation  and acidic levels in the body that is perfect for bad cells like cancer to grow, keeping the calories low might make you lose weight but in the long run you are fucking up your health.

Here is how I look at it if you are doing roids which we know have side effects the best way to counter this is to help the body by eating as healthy as possible take herbs for the organs and detox once per year, unhealthy food plus roids is a disaster and it will catch up with him eventually.

no healthy fats, eating bread and dairy products  in a cutting phase I just hope the posters here are smart enough not to follow this garbage diet because it would not get them in good condition, I was about to say that lack of healthy fats would affect your joints but then I remember that you only use light weights on machines with zero effort and stop before failure so carry on.

which is how anyone in there mid 40's and up should train if they want to be able to workout into their twilight years successfully.

its no coincidence the best conditioned era in bodybuilding was the late 80s and earl to mid 90s, it was when everyone was on low fat diets... ;)

Just cooked 350gms chicken fillets, cant even look at them, zero appetite.

Apsolutley phenomenal physique on Jeff on that stage picture, it's a shame as although you can't see the face properly you can tell he has a right punchable nerd face, that physique with a handsome face would be legendary

I've done this sometimes, thinking I ate a bunch, then did a count and it was 2400 or something.

Hard to tell the pics apart ( maybe the pecs are bit fuller in je younger pic, but thats all)

I'm managing to keep the legs, to be fair i think they are going to be better this year, I have started to train them a bit harder , I could only really do hacks before due to back problems, we have a couple of new bits of kit in the gym and I'm getting some good sessions in.

Well that just proves my point of skinny man genetics. Not knocking you Be Here but this is a prime example of the genetics of a man that does not gain fat and is probably in the 150's without the aid of PED's.
Both photos are of you on PED's 20 years apart which shows no improvement what so ever. So, you are doing the same thing over and over like a fly hitting a window you haven't learned whatever you're doing isn't working.
Basically start a complete rehaul of your diet.

He's smart not to pack on a pile of weight.  As you get older a lot changes especially as it relates to PED's.
