Yes, many thong "experts" here that just regurgitate diet advice from decades-old Flex magazine articles.

Fear not, good man, someone will start a new thread soon about how marriage is impossible and not having kids, and these experts will flock to that, sprinkling their comments in between all of Howard's.

bearing in mind you have zero life experience and have no idea what you are talking about and contradict yourself due to writing what your Google searches bring up as you dont understand them I will ignore you thanks.
It's worth copying this.

It could be pasted into 2 out of 3 threads pages on this every board and always apply.

Add a fiber drink in the A.M.
multi vits
Superset once every two weeks
Bi's are a little weak but you should be able to bring them up by May 2018 contest time.
Stay focused.
Good Luck

STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you going to tell us what gear you're running in the run-up to the show?

Looking good, sure you will do well in may.

I hope to have my bf down to near your off season level by the time I am in your age group where I have kept it down for a few years by then, before anyone chimes in I am talking permanent loss not some sufferable 12 week diet where I will gain it all back.

So yeah, your build is very inspiring to me, thanks

Shouldn't take long at all.

How low are you going to take calories?

hopefully I can stay where I am.
I went way too low last year, was exhausted all the time, trying to stay higher and lean down slowly.

Here is my plan:

2 months- 2900 cal workout days, 2200 non workout
2 months- 2600 cal 2 days, 2000 cal 5 days
2 months- 1800 6 days, 2400 1 day

This works extremely well for me to get ridiculously shredded.

no healthy fats, eating bread and dairy products  in a cutting phase I just hope the posters here are smart enough not to follow this garbage diet because it would not get them in good condition, I was about to say that lack of healthy fats would affect your joints but then I remember that you only use light weights on machines with zero effort and stop before failure so carry on.
