PS I am a cardio bunny already.
1. Stop all cardio the last week before any show.
Lift only moderate wts on cables , and machines the last 2 weeks.
2. Do NOT do any drastic diet manipulations before a show.
The only thing you might do is limit water to 1 L the last 24 hrs.
3. Pose/flex/pose /flex for a least 15-20 min after each workout the last 2-3 weeks leading up to the show.
Do the mandatory poses in front of mirror and hold the flexed pose for extended times like 15-20 sec.
