300 mg is about 3 regular cups of coffee, which means that most folks fuck up their brains & nervous system with too many 'stimulants'

All these years i thougjt there was200mg in a cup of coffee. Oh well, doesnt affect me at all. Sorta like for 28yra of my life i thought i was a "dog" on the chinese zodiac, only to find out im actually a rooster. Damn paper mats at chinese restaurants.

I've heard that before. I always thought that I was a good sleeper, since I'm 'gone' within 10-15 minutes, but an EEG study indicated that my sleep quality is poor. On most day's I drink one mug of coffee late in the morning or early in the afternoon, that's about it.

My typical day starts off with 2 large McDonald's coffees (black). That's gone within 2 hrs.

Then during lunch I'll down a sugarless monster or rockstar (16 ounces)

Then mid afternoon either another sugarless energy drink or large coffee at McDonald's.

Then after dinner I'll make my own coffee .

I feel I have high tolerance, but I think that's tame compared to a large Starbucks or a caffeine pills. Those f you up way more.

I met up with Droppinplates this afternoon.
We drank a 12 pack of red bull and enjoyed the sun.
Good times were had.

This morning I ate a cream-filled doughnut and a 16oz whole milk, then fired a Montecristo cigar and enjoyed the sun. My time was borderline tolerable, as it's nearly 100° here.

Had a can of Ghost Juice when I was in Bangkok last November.

Ok, I lied.  I only had a sip.  If you don't know, Ghost Juice is a local energy drink made with ghost peppers.  I can not handle spicy food at all.  I damn near wanted to pull my lips off my face.  My eyes turned on the water works big time.

I only use cloth place mats and I'm actually three different Chinese zodiac symbol, one of the very few.

Just eat a slice of cheese with a vit D3 pill to counteract the calcium excretion.

Thailand is where Redbull came from. Somebody on vacation noticed all the cab drivers were drinking the same energy drink so they tried it n liked it. Found out the name translated to "redbull" & i think tbey bought the company or formula or something (somebody from austria) & marketed it with the english name and Redbull was born.

They were drinking Lipovitan-D which was released in 1962, not Redbull

I hate those syrupy thai energy drinks. Tried a lot of them never got used to the taste.
And those workers are taking yaba usually not redbull.
Reminds me when Mike Goldberg used to justify his weird attitude and look by "drinking a lot of redbull" while he was actually high on adderal the whole time.
