I would of thought someone as schooled as you would think it's refreshing someone is letting the masses know that you don't need a gram of Tren a week to look phenomenal, or 3 grams of test and so forth....




If your honestly being serious about what your taking & passing that info on - That's Fair Enough.

As far as what you listed The amounts & Frequency of some of compounds & the number of different
Drugs are excessive - I don't see they are all necessary.
Maybe for you they are - Out of interest What level do you compete at.?

I'm currently helping a U.K. National level competitor 100kg Bodybuilding
& involved with a New to the IFBB 212 Competitor competing at The Arnold in Spain
& all going well he will qualify for the Olympia
( Expect Him to cause a bit of a stir in that class ) Becuse of the Top level Politics
Involved I will Check with him 1st before Naming him - As it's taken 3yrs for him to
Be allowed into the IFBB.

Neither of them are anywear Near Taking Anything Like That Kind of Doses & Number of Different Compounds.

Each to there own - I don't subscribe to the more is better Drug approach.
I start with very little & add in & change things as they progress or don't to achieve contest condition.

As for 3grams of Tren / 6grams of Test +++++ etc -  load of Bollocks - if using such amounts I can only think
That's it's totally Bunk Gear.

No doubt Ronnie / Marcus / Will Post & Prove Me totally Wrong.
There are those that do use some hideous amounts & look Great.

Now the insulin usage that can be a different matter.
40-50iu For a lot of competitors is on the low side.
Again I don't advocate that kind of usage.

Every individual needs a program tailored for them depending on what they built up their bodyweight with in the off-season, that all I was saying..
For example....PERSON  A might make 500 mgs of test and 400 mgs of primo go a lot farther than PERSON B

So, PERSON B at the end of the day might have reached a higher amount of gear usage then the genetically more blessed PERSON A at the end of the off season....

END OF OFF-SEASON
Person A- 500mgs Test and 400mgs Primo = 250 lbs
Person B- 750mgs Test and 600 mgs Primo  =250 lbs

So Person B will go into his prep for competition with a higher level of usage do to his inferior genetics compared to Person A

I was just wondering if everyone you trained was genetically blessed and got away with low usage or you sometimes get someone where you have to prescribe a higher gear total...

But I'm glad to hear that we can agree that the gear total here  isn't crazy at all for a competitive athlete..

I'd say that most of those that I've helped have been above average in terms of "genetics"
That's because of where they have already got & I pick who I want to help if approached
That - 1, makes it a bit easier 2, a higher chance of success  - Then again not all that I have
Given ideas to helped are bodybuilders.
1 especially would of likely made it too the top tier at Olympia level - He had Flex Wheelers
Manager after taking him on board. He choose not to pursue that - Family / job / more gear
£ - made him decide against.

There are a few contributing factors that I'd take into consideration at a starting point for
Contest Prep.

Although I posted in your thread regarding the increasing number of what I think appear to
Be Internet Drug Protocol Experts posting all manner of exotic cycles / drugs
I wasn't in particular directing at yourself - maybe I should of stated that.

We all have our own views / ideas and are free to post them on Getbig.

As for what I would recommend to someone- I'd have to know a lot about them / see them etc.
I'm not for giving out a Blanket plan that covers everyone.

Everyone's training - diet - rest - work - homelife differs as well as other factors.

I simply couldn't be bothered with so much faffing about and shooting myself multiple times a day for maybe 10% difference to my physique.

Can you imagine getting a new partner after a few weeks dating and they finally find out what you are doing to look like you do.....what a let down for them.

Dj, I didn't say I was starting this. However, if you would like....I can recommend a solid protocol for reading comprehension skills. I'll give you a passage to read every Monday and when Friday arrives I'll ask you questions about the story to see if you understood the main points that the writer was trying to make. Sound good?

unless its simple sugars then taking in carbs prior to a workout is purely placebo.
Your body simply doesn't convert complex cabs quickly enough for it to have any impact at all.
