That is a lot of tuna brah, why not substitute chicken for one meal, not much of a difference in macro and even with dark meat the fat is incidental considering how low the cars are
funny you said that, as I just bought chicken breaststroke along with the tuna and cottage cheese
so now I get 44 grams from 2 ppacks of cottage cheese and 102 grams from 3 cans tuna and 115 grams from half a kg of chicken
so that's 261 total which is 1.5 per pound
