Just out of curiousity post you typical daily diet with measurement of the protein,carbs and fat in each meal

I eat 3 times a day

before was this... B: 75 grams of cheese dipped in honey and 5 or 6 chocolate cookies with coconut oil spread on them

L: big Mac ssupersize fry and coke and cchocolate Sunday

D: chicken sandwich with not much chicken and again 5 or 6 cookies covered with coco oil

have no idea the marcos but for sure not much COMPLETE PROTIEN

now it looks like this: B: 400 grams of cottage cheese

L: 3 cans of tuna

D: 3 cans of tuna with some roman noodles

this current diet contains 250 grams of COMPLETE PROTIEN

Gimmick tactic 101 is to disappear for a while and then come back posting like nothing has happened and totally glossing over the subject.

I predict another old grainy photo and a question about how much someone can bench and what they weigh.

funny you said that, as I just bought chicken breaststroke along with the tuna and cottage cheese

so now I get 44 grams from 2 ppacks of cottage cheese and 102 grams from 3 cans tuna and 115 grams from half a kg of chicken

so that's 261 total which is 1.5 per pound

my carbs and fats are low but ill worry about them later, after i hit sub-7

I'll put up another arm shot in 2-3 weeks as I am confident there will be very good natty gains

my preacher curl mentzer style is up to 44 kg (1 bill) for 6

after 2 weeks or so it will be at 55 kg (1 bill+20) for 5-8

FYI,  just finished delts and added 5 kg to the bar and got the same # of reps

feels damn good making progress and getting stronger

Dr. Blakely and Mr. Lorimer know talent when they see it  8)
