last time I checked, u didnt need cardio at a BW of 145 pounds..
i'm 150lbs and FAT

when i can barely see my abs i'm fat...
plus i need my heart up to par for 20 rep squats to come in about 2 weeks....soo..uphill sprints it is...
uphill sprints = short intense stress on the cardiovascular system = same with squats...
i'm being training specific here..
