I saw Dallas guest pose three months ago at Jim Manion's contest in Pittsburgh.  In the first photo he is far left (then Heath, Jackson, Oliva, Ramy; Roelly in front).  In second photo he is front of little girl.  What I remember about him was how huge his legs and butt were.

I think it will come out that it was a heart attack, and it was just a coincidence that he was eating when it happened.

It's extremely possible that he had a heart attack while eating and choked as a result leading to endless speculation about drug use and associated body weight as the catalyst for the heart attack.

More likely didn't get to food fast enough after insulin shot and passed out mid swallow.
