Top Poodle's 56 day diet, OTH inspired
« on: September 29, 2017, 02:49:49 AM »
Not doing a show, purely for my getbig brothers ;)*

Strategy is simple, over last month or two I've been slacking, now watery and not liking how I look.  So a quick 56 day run should get me back to my usual leanness.

Each day I'll be eating:

- 40 gram MCT oil
- 2 trays chicken breast (each one about 850g)
- two basa fillets or two servings protein shake
- multi vita

Gym is each day, around 45 minutes, except maybe sunday because they close early and I always miss it.  Have been maxing everything in there for years so just going to be doing jeffy-style pump work.

Also 45 min to 1 hr cardio each day, this is pretty light, just walking dogs (two black standard poodles motherfuckers) through hills around house.

OP is written in style of OTH's diet intro post.  Note that I'm doing four days less.  I'm significantly less fat than he was when he started ;)

Pics will come at the end, I'll post before/after up, should be very good change.

Tonight is day 0, weighed in at 107.1kg with belly full of food and water and bloat, tomorrow morning i'll step on the scale and get this going.

Haters, feel free to derail thread.

i might go grab a few chocolate bars tonight before the official start of the diet tomorrow morning

dunno.  its like 3am and the 7/11 is open.

will update if i do...

EDIT: did get choco bars.  two choco bars, two protein bars.  half a protein shake.

no more of this shit tho, i don't even like them, no idea why i always have to start my diets with a "eat shit for day" day

Hahaha.  56 days of straight up chicken breast and fish?  Fuck.  I did that and after a couple weeks it took a gallon of water just to down a chicken breast.

Why are you eating the exact same thing everyday? Why don't you eat your fats instead of drinking oil? Where are the carbs? That is unless you don't enjoy eating and get off on the suffering  ???

No carbs at all?  You'll be looking like a string bean in no time with that diet.  Christ in 8 weeks you can get absolutely shredded eating plenty of carbs.

Hi Shizzo

Daily Weight Update
Day 56 - 103.0 kg

Did you mention your height? 227 lbs. looks a lot different on a 6' or taller fellow than it does on someone who is 5'8".  I wish you the best of luck with your diet. If you stick to it, you've got impressive discipline and willpower.

I try to keep my workouts under an hour, adding time for cardio, usually about 20 min. -Rest time for me between sets is 30 sec. (longer for squats or leg presses).  I doubt I get my heart rate up just walking the dogs and I live in the hills. The most I ever weighed was 225 lbs. at about 5'11". Most of my adult life, I've weighed between 170 and 185 lbs. My current weight is 175.
