It's really great that everyone has a right to carry a gun to protect themselves against bad guys. Maybe they should make carrying a rifle mandatory for everyone for a situation like this. Like that, no one would ever get shot.

We used to get a fair number of older ones here in the States, but they'd usually make it clear as to motive. Most of the older ones were tied to older people that got laid off from work, or they were tied to religious / odd ball government leanings. It certainly has been a young man's game for the last few decades.
