for quite a while, I walked right past the 5 dollar chickens at costco, just wasn't into them anymore. but I started eating a lot of just steak and rice, and chicken and rice. so one day I picked up a 5 dollar chicken, and came home and got the rice cooker going and
carved up that bad boy, (just the white meat) and got three meals of chicken and rice out of it. I'm able to put any sauce on it, so I switch it around. so now I'm eating at least 2 5 dollar chickens from costco a week. and the two little dogs get some of the dark meat, so every one is happy.
its not that I'm cheap, which I am, but it tastes pretty good, its easy, and theres no cleanup.
