And don't get me started on bacon. Bacon is just ok, don't see why people get so excited over it. As far as breakfast meat I prefer sausage. (No kielbasa)

lately, I use about a stick of salted butter, a tablespoon or two of coconut oil along with a very healthy measure of olive oil while preparing various forms of animal protein that i devour throughout the day... often washing that down with beer... and I'm fit as a fiddle

I don't mind meat being in my food like stir fry, on a pizza, burrito, Chinese food etc I'm just not into eating a hunk of meat like steak, pork loin and such. Usually they just keep offering. Seafood I just don't like. The only seafood I eat is so heavily breaded and deep fried that is certainly not healthy and I will only eat that a few times a year.

Ill have the occasional lean chicken or turkey.

As for bacon and red meat, its pretty much totally out of my diet. There is NOTHING healthy about bacon. As you said, I don't get why people go crazy for it.

For breakfast, its usually oatmeal (unflavored) with fruit, water, and vitamins.

I like toasted whole meal muffin, spread with cream cheese a slice of smoked salmon topped with a runny poached egg.

Coach, why do you want us to eat meat? You seem a bit concerned about our diet, but we aren't telling you what to eat Huh

Also, how long does it take for the soy to ruin my body?

.................any meat-based product in 12 days. My current diet has primarily consisted of:

--Vegetables (asparagus, red onion, mushrooms, zuchinni, broccoli, carrots, spinach, kale, cucumber, peppers, celery, and cabbage).
--Fruits (bananas, oranges, grapefruits, apples, nectarines, grapes, strawberries, avocado, and pears)
--Whole grain breads and/or pastas
--Oatmeal with fruit
--Assorted nuts and peanuts, as well as beans, peas, and lentils
--Hummus
--Yogurt (1-2 every 2-3 days)
--Dark chocolate sporadically (good antioxidants)

I am not too sure when I will eat meat again, but I really do not crave it. Maybe on Thanksgiving!  Cheesy Cheesy

Similar to my diet + mangos,dates,black skin grapes,adzuki beans,quinoa,brown rice,red & black rice, baby leafs spinach,wild rocket,etc,....................

No bread,no pasta,no yogurt (I use Kefir),no chocolate  in fact almost no process food at all .....................

No protein powder, amino acids (Musashi brand) .............

I honestly think Id die, or smash wor lass though the coffee table in a hunger rage.

Todays eating was
Breakfast - fried bacon and egg sandwich, several bags of crisps and a pint of full fat milk

Dinner - a few sausage rolls and more bags of crisps

Tea - massive serving of donner meat with chips and a smokey sausage and some pop from the local chip shop

Mate! That is unhealthy as fook! Do you smash a load of beers as well?

Not these days mate, did the traditional uk hammered every weekend (including Thursday night that was start of the weekend then haha) for a long time, it lost its appeal when the pub/club scene died and I had kids. Maybe have a drink once every few months now mate.

I take it by the username at least at some point you enjoyed the same mate?

Today's meals:

--Egg white omelette with mushrooms, peppers, spinach, and tomatoes and 2 sides of whole grain toast.

--Oatmeal with banana and raisins

--Whole grain pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, spinach, and lentils.

--Hummus on 2 rice cakes

--Glass of almond milk and cup of coffee

*Throughout the day, I ate some assorted peanuts/nuts and had some fruit (grapes, orange, and apple slices)

**Still no chicken, turkey, or red meat!

Your forearms, wrists and hands already look very feminine. If you start growing tits the transformation will be complete.

Nice.

Limited meat consumption is the best way to go.

For example, there is way more nutrition benefits to eating green leafy vegetables compared to eating a piece of steak.

Really gratifying to see that my posts have had such a  positive impact on you. Not too long ago, you told me you couldn't imagine living a vegan lifestyle. Yet here you are now, on a complete 180, basically parroting what I said in that thread.
