Today's meals:
--Egg white omelette with mushrooms, peppers, spinach, and tomatoes and 2 sides of whole grain toast.
--Oatmeal with banana and raisins
--Whole grain pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, spinach, and lentils.
--Hummus on 2 rice cakes
--Glass of almond milk and cup of coffee
*Throughout the day, I ate some assorted peanuts/nuts and had some fruit (grapes, orange, and apple slices)
**Still no chicken, turkey, or red meat!
