I’m not sure about his lift numbers but he recently beat the record for hardest punch ever recorded.

probably similar to that maybe a hair stronger. I would guess he could bench 400. You really don't need to be able to squat 600 for that more healthy wheels

Those are some long gibbon-like arms on a tall frame (long legs too).

How do these brews lie so effortlessly? Francis is so good at it, he doesn't even have to actually say anything! Everyone just marvels at the all-natural hunk of Nigerian beef. ::)
