I'm only 185 or so lbs at 5'7 and squat 405 still at 49 for decent reps and that is plenty for me and takes a few days to recoup ,I have no back issues but I feel it...my legs are strong strength and body part wise.

I am 230lb and 52, no squats/deadlifts
I just do hacks and machine pendulum hacks and seated and standing leg curls
No bent over rows, just various pulldowns.

I train smart...

I know and you have great legs to show for it,,,i have changed a bit on what I do for legs ,but I still enjoy some squats too,,i happen to be able to go at still..i am a pump trainer for the most part,,i feel that squats are still good for overall leg thickness..i love hacks and leg pressing as well with various foot stances...

On top of that, BE THERE/UKJEFF/SIMPLE SIMON, is natural, eats one grain of rice per day, and drinks 6oz of water.

Hacks are terribly dangerous.

Nah...a gram a day of Glucosamine Sulphate will sort him out

I just started taking Glucosamine Sulphate combined with Chondroitin and MSM. I'm also taking Collagen, Curcumin (aka Turmeric) and Omega 3 (fish oil), all for my lower back pain and pelvis (iliac) that was fucked up due to a lower abdominal tear I had almost a year and a half ago. Not fun!

My back hurts just from watching that.
Notice he has people cheering him on while he trains in this reckless and stupid manner, after having his surgeries.

In the beginning of the first vid, that is Cory Mathews. Ronnie's half brother.

Do you think Ronnie has more Half Brothers or kids?

Reminds me a bit of the wrestler 'Dynamite Kid' who is now paralyzed.

He injured his back, and masked the pain with painkillers and then ended up in a wheelchair.

The warning signs are very clear here for Ronnie Coleman.

Prime coleman training videos are cool, but nobody needs to squat or deadlift more than 400-500 pounds.  Especially someone who's main focus is physique.  It's almost impossible to get a younger lifter to understand that the body can only take so much punishment.  Give it 5-10 years and I bet that Eric Bugenhagen guy will have some kind of major injury.

How did that happen? Ouch..

I tweaked my lower ab in the gym doing hanging sit ups with a 45 pound plate and then full blown tore it about a week later after having caught myself midway from falling while having slipped on wet surface while hiking in the woods. That was July 2016. Since then nothing has been the same for me. My lower back and sides are fucked up and seem to be in chronic protection mode. I might even make a separate post for this on here seeking out advice.

Ronnie needs brain surgery.  He won't be satisfied until he's completely crippled.
