There are at least 100 reasons but for the sake of training, it does absolutely nothing and it does "kill gains".

An x training bud of mine sold weed not sure if he still does

Anyway he smoked before every training session we had with Doc Bkakely said it helped him to go centrate better

Benched 3 bills plus in the 132s

there is no proof that it "kills gains" assuming one is not smoking all day every day (which would make it less likely you ever step foot inside a gym - hence no gains)

I know plenty of people who made gains while occasionally (and some not so occasionally) smoking pot

what are your other 99 phony baloney reasons?

Thats your proof? Because you know "plenty of people"?

Several years ago I co-wrote with a cop friend of mind that a Sargent with the LASD. Since you like to argue with nothing to back up anything you spew be it poltical, training or otherwise, this won't be of much help to you. But this doesn't get through to the people that are actually serious about training, health or fitness and they keep smoking it or consuming it and still want to make excuses for the use....they/you are addicted.

I'm told personal experience is a bad example of proof because you probably remembered your experiences wrong.
Would never hold up to scientific scrutiny.

LOL - I haven't had it in years

Haven't even drank beer in quite a while

Just know from personal experience that occasional recreational use is not a problem and won't "kill your gains"

then again, who knows with a snowflake such as yourself

You're already fat and dumb as a box of rocks so probably best for you to totally abstain

Coach, all that copy and pasting you did for nothing.

All I did was point out with research to back it, the reasons why weed is a horrible drug. How was I “rambling” and incoherent if it was point by point?

Thanks for proving my point. The movie quote I posted and framed to fit this went right over your head. You have been blinded by the alt right conservative dogma originally perpetrated by William Randolph Hearst. Congratulations.

But some of the research came from less conservative sources. Hey bud, go smoke your weed. I don’t care. Besides what I just posted the main point is the law is an excuse for revenue, not because law makers give a shit about anything else.

Of course it's an excuse for revenue. Law makers don't make a move towards anything that is otherwise. Over 2/3 of all congressional activity is regulating laws towards business and taxation. Nothing new here, the upside is decriminalization of a naturally grown harmless plant. There will always be those whom cannot do anything in moderation. There will be those who are or become dope heads. I would rather see that than more alcoholics.

The problem is when things are so heavily regulated they become more desirable, look at alcohol for instance, in Europe I don't even think they have a drinking age, my cousins in Italy started drinking at 12 years old, alcohol isn't something forbidden to the youth until they turn 21, yet you don't see DUI's there or people in the ER for alcohol poising or AA, it's just not a big deal there. As well as nudity, hell their local news papers and variety tv shows commonly have nudity in them, in America that is unheard of.  I've been to Thailand, in Thailand you can walk in to a pharmacy and get anything you want, Antibiotics, Viagra, Steroids, pain medications, etc.. yet you don't see Thai people abusing these drugs, if these drugs were legally available over the counter in America, there would be lines hours long to purchase these medications, all because these things are so strictly regulated here in the US.

12 step grpoups are all over the world including europe, they are just more the second word Anonymous in those places rather than in the states and canada where it is more out in the open
