2 arizona Shows
Tucson - i will do the show together with my chica - she will do figure (2nd week of July)
Phoenix - home show (3rd week of July)

last week of July is the USAs in Las Vegas

I am just going to come in super conditioned - it will be fun

FYI these last 18 months Ive I have not really lifted weights/bodybuilder routines. just mainly hot yoga to stay very trim & healthy.

I have a very different opinion about "off season"

yoga + heat = hot yoga

you in a heated room (usually around 104 degrees with 50% humidity ) and do 60-80 minutes of yoga poses, crunches and other movements. focus on posture and your breath. you will be drenched in sweat.

keeps me lean and healthy and feeling great - I burn 400 - 500 calories in there too.

depends on where you live: it can be a gold mine of hot girls too

He could have. Years ago a friend of mine from the gym moved to LA/Hollyweird. He would up being the boy-toy of an elderly actress. One time he told me that while she was still quite beautiful, he had grown very tired of having to tell her how gorgeous she was all the time.

Hopefully Calum is with that same, now reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeea lly old, actress. Otherwise it might go something like this -

"Hey Calum! Didja pay yer dues?" "Yessir! The check is in the male."

Damn! I hope that is as funny as I think it is! LOL! As for hiring Coach? No one really needs a coach at that level. Despite Weider's protestations from beyond the grave, he never really did anything remotely "coach-ish". Arnold, Franco, Draper, Zane, Reeves and so many, many more never needed a "coach".

A doctor for their little helpers? Of that I am reasonably certain.
