Thanks, Go! But now I gptta buy a hear rate monitor. Pls recommend the best one to get (not one that you gotta wear around your chest tough) but I do have more than one on one of my many cheap wrist bands which I never use.
I am walking 4 to 6 miles (an absolute minimum of 10,000steps) every other day or more in 100+ degree temps but I don't believe that has any affect on my heart rate. I walk fast but don't run!
But I do feel great and my Doc claims that I am very young for my age .... and to keep on walken.
I used to know all these cardio details like an expert, but as I got older ... I got stoopider.
Refresh my mrmory on the Max Heart Rate formula ... which I believe desolate has already done ( 220 - your age and then multiplied by .6 and .8

??) but it may be great to go into further detail for Marty and some of the rest of us less than wise-guys.....
No intent to be an asshole here but I think Marty and the rest of us who may be interested and stoopider than myself ..... will discover some great results via cardio activity.
Jeff Everson and Cory used to do 40 -60 minutes of cardio before breakfast.
What is the importance of that early mrning cardio?
