Remember all the chances junior got? People were saying he had a special relationship with the staff to get so many breaks. The beginning of the end was when he sent an extremely anti-Semitic PM to you after one particular ban. He was removed permanently after that.

Look, most other moderators will tell you that both Ron and I are probably the nicest of the bunch as we're super forgiving and don't sweat the small stuff. I've given a lot of former members chances to straighten out and remove bannings when appropriate.
There are limits though. Attacking innocent family and friends that don't post here, going after children, stalking the personal lives of members in a way that can affect their livelihood and ability to make a living, all of these are examples of things we will not tolerate.
What members don't realize sometimes is that many of the moderators have also been victims of this sort of shit. Ron is also included in that list of victims. The difference is that while Ron has been stalked in real life and I've received hate mail to my synagogue, some moderators won't play that shit.
Princess L will ban people if she is gone after. Chaos will show up to your door and possibly murder someone. Grant will fuck your girlfriend and/or wife or both at the same time. Whereas Ron and I just let shit go most of the time.
I'm not saying my approach is right or that other moderators aren't correct in their ways. Everyone is different from here.
