Did assessments today

56

5’6 1/2

Weight 217

BF% (calipers)  9.24% (Hydro) 8.86%

If all goes well I should step on stage around 199-203 pealed.

Isn't 198 the top of the light-heavies?  Are you going to be LH or Heavyweight?

There are no weight classes in the Masters but if I were to drop down (which would be stupid) I would probably barely make the Lt. Heavies

If that’s true might as well go for light heavies at the nationals  and get your pro card

In comparison Stan McQuay 2004 nationals, 5’6 176 around 5 percent
