15 weeks out on Sat

Did assessments today

56

5’6 1/2

Weight 217

BF% (calipers)  9.24% (Hydro) 8.86%

If all goes well I should step on stage around 199-203 pealed.

Isn't 198 the top of the light-heavies?  Are you going to be LH or Heavyweight?

There are no weight classes in the Masters but if I were to drop down (which would be stupid) I would probably barely make the Lt. Heavies
