Yeah, it's just not that and I've mentioned this before, after a certain age and I'm well into that age category, you have to start dealing (and accepting) that sarcopenia will catch up.

I always wanted to know how do Top Bodybuilders get all the good gear, if Legal Pharma only manufacture Test, GH, Insulin and Diuretics
All the stuff floating around is brewed/cooked by "scientists" on Underground Labs, but.. I guess I will never know.

Coach, I notice you use knee wraps when doing quads. Do you leave them on the entire time or do you wrap and unwrap them between sets? Also, it seems, by the vids you posted, that you stick to fairly low reps on legs. You did six on the Hammer Squat and earlier on in another vid you did 6 on the squat. Is this your normal rep range or does it vary as you go from set to set? Also, I notice that you completely lockout and pause at the top of the rep. Do you believe this is better than not locking out completely and maintaining continuous tension?

To be honest, I had my doubts but I am truly amazed at your transformation.
