I don't get it.
So, before this possible law was put forth, doctors were allowed to murder babies outside of the womb without any criminal consequences?
Where does it allow this?
This is a topic I don't follow much.
The New York state senate passed a law allowing babies to be killed after they were born. It got a standing ovation by the New York state democrats on the floor when it was announced that it passed.
A week or so later Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia was asked about it on a radio show and he explained how the baby is made comfortable before it's killed. This went viral quick and that's when the blackface photos were found in the governor's college yearbook to throw this abortion issue under the rug.
There are other states like Virginia, Illinois and New Mexico that have similar laws to New York's being debated right now.
