PR Newswire -

Boca Raton, Fl., March 14, 2019 /Prnewswire/ — Blackstone Labs Responds To The Governments “Salacious Charges” Against It By Assuring Its Customers It Will Mount A Vigorous Defense Of The Products Previously Sold By Blackstone Years Ago. The Indictment Does Not Include Any Of Blackstone Labs Current Products With The Exception Of Euphoria-Rx, Which Was Reformulated Years Ago And No Longer Contains Picamilon.

It Is Blackstone’s Belief That The Government Is Overreaching In This Case And It Is No Clearer Than The Charges Brought Against The  Dietary Ingredient Picamilon. Picamilon Is Made Up From The Dietary Ingredients Niacin And Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid. As Relevant Here, The Act Defines “Dietary Supplement” As A Product (Besides Tobacco) That Is “Intended To Supplement The Diet” And That Contains One Or More Of The Following “Dietary Ingredients”: (A) A Vitamin; (B) A Mineral; (C) An Herb Or Other Botanical; (D) An Amino Acid; (E) A Dietary Substance For Use By Man To Supplement The Diet By Increasing The Total Dietary Intake; Or (F) A Concentrate, Metabolite, Constituent, Extract, Or Combination Of Any Ingredient Described In Clause (A), (B), (C), (D), Or (E). Picamilon Is Clearly A Dietary Supplement And Not Illegal As It Is Made Up A Vitamin (Niacin) And An Amino Acid (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid).

Blackstone Is Fighting Back. In December, Blackstone Sued The Federal Government For Return Of Seizure Of Lawful Dietary Supplements, Charging That Prosecutors Were Abusing Their Power, Bullying The Company To Force It To Surrender Its First Amendment Right To Distribute These Dietary Supplements.  But Don’t Tell That To The U.S. Justice Department. Blackstone And Several Of Its Key Executives, Including Ceo PJ Braun, And Former Employees Declared This Week That They Are Prepared To Battle The Federal Government Over The Sale And Distribution Of Its Dietary Supplements.

“The Alternative Is Death, The Death Of The Business,” Braun Said. “We Will Continue To Defend This Company And Fight The Federal Government Until My Money Runs Out. We’re Quite Confident, We’re Angry, But We’re Not Scared.”

WTF?  I didn't even catch that.  I just went into dispute mode and looked up definitions of steroids to paste to argue it is a dietary ingredient.

I didn't realize the story was PJ and Blackstone going full retard in defense of the allegations.  I'm withdrawing my argument now.

The Founding Fathers were very strict about nutrient timing.

Benjamin Franklin always made sure he took his Waxy Maize 30 minutes after a workout.

Assessment:1-- PJ is going to have to resume his escorting to make payment for attorney's fees.
2- he is a little old for that and he probably has difficulty getting it up due to the aromatization of his anabolic cycles.
3- blackstone and red con are de passé. Their products were shit anyway.
4- I would suggest they get dildo practice in before sentencing.
5- the real question is who was the snitch?? Possibly someone involved in a like conspiracy: "the King of Miami"?

They are going to have to do more than defend themselves vigorously!! Oops y daisy!!

Sponsorships are going to next to nothing,  without Redcon, Aaron is the only guy sponsoring content,  bodybuilders,  YouTubers, contests, websites, and even strongmen.

The one positive about this is perhaps another installment of "muscle mogul" on GI's YouTube channel.

exactly, what about interstate laws like wire fraud? or FBI case if they are accused of money laundering?

If PJ offers to spill the beans on prostitution rings in IFBB etc and steroids in general, this could get interesting.

For example wasnt Aaron's sponsorship of Muscular Development the only way MD could afford to go to the Olympia?

Here’s a question, will The AC and The O stop allowing them to go the expos and not accept sponsorship from them? Can’t picture Arnold wanting to be associated with these businesses now.

Will be interesting to see how Redcon reacts though. They are paying people to sponsor their stuff on YouTube (Brian Shaw, Nicks Strength/Power, etc).
Aaron may need money for defense. I realize its a separate company, but it is Aaron. Maybe it wont affect anything, this could drag out for years.

I do like Redcon's "Fade Out" sleep supplement though, even got a free hoodie when I bought it (I must be hardcore).  Roll Eyes

Not long ago PJ was claiming that his supp line was in the top 100 fastest growing business list in the country at some point , at  number 27 or something like that.  He should at least show his face now and say he will fight the FBI in court and has nothing to hide or be ashamed of .

Built a huge house to replace a small old house. He must have a huge mortgage against it, any way to check? He also cant sell it at anywhere near this price.

PJ's house has a mortgage of 1.2 million.  He also has a second mortgage of 400k, most likely to pay for a 400k tax lien owed to the IRS.

Slingerman's house has a mortgage of 1.7 million.

The mortgages are a moot point.  The feds have placed a forfeiture notice on both properties.  The houses are in limbo until the trial is finished.

In my opinion, both of these dipshits are broke as fuck, and living off of credit.   Undecided

I don't know if Id go this far ( yet ) but I firmly believe this is the end of Arrogant Singerman. I'd bet all the companies that Con1 buys ads with are removing any signs of association with them from their vids.

This is the end - for Mr. Look at me, my toys ( all bought with the proceeds of dirty money ) and the size of my hotel room in Dubai. PJ said it best that he'd fight with everything because without doing so the company is dead" - he understands the seriousness of this.

Going legit is always the downfall. Guys that start companies by laundering steroid money always have this lingering guilt. If they just kept selling steroids, usually avoids the law. But they want to be able to have their parents over at their big house with a clear conscience so they start the little dance between legal and illegal.  What usually popps them is lying on taxes. They either shelter the drug money, or must claim the supplements are profiting THAT much for Ferraris and luxury Miami homes. Either way, you're now on the radar.

Cops love nothing more than drug guys with a ton of luxury cars, because the cops know where the secret police auctions are to get the Ferraris after they are seized.
