I can walk into any facility in my city looking as I do in the picture from two years ago, and be the fittest man there. My lifts are all in the top 1% of strongest men. Even my "weak" squat of 385-lb x2 ATG is in the top 1%. There are 50,000 men in my city. No way do 500 squat over 400-lb.
