There are many many civilizations historically that have been built by other races. Are you dumb?

African Americans were stolen from Africa on ships to become slaves to white people. They did not come of their own accord. Even though slavery ended many years ago, you could argue conditions for African Americans are even worse today than they were while they were slaves.

That is all because of systemic racism.
