I always admired your straight up honesty and your sense of humor with a life history, Hollywood couldn't come up with!

Keep breathing defiance (if you would) and keep kicking ass. Cardio is good to keep the lungs strong as they can be.
My wife's father has it (has an oxygen tank) he smoked for 55 years hard, never exercised in his life. Only needs the tank on occasion (not full time) and he has it pretty bad.

It is manageable for someone in your situation. Was worried about you, but glad it is this , over cancer (if it had to be anything at all). Aging sucks.

I have a nuclear stress test coming up to see what kind of arterial blockage I may have (Doc is talking possible stenting/bypass) but wont know 'til its done.
(Cant choose gene's I guess).

Young guys, dont smoke, do your cardio, if you have a family history of heart disease, go get a Cardiac Calcium Score Test done, could save you...

Just me,my wife,dogs,cats and my fish and my getbig family...............all I need anyway I guess, but it would have been nice to hear from my sisters.
