With respect to Larry, strictly in terms of winning, I feel he is better suited to powerlifting. His physique doesn't have that freaky look of a world class bodybuilder. He's only young, so maybe he'll fill out more in time.
From a safety point of view, as Vince said, it's almost certainly better to lighten the weights, up the reps and do a more traditional bodybuilder routine. He should speak to Dexter Jackson about longevity in bodybuilding.
