In that video It’s Fake weights
The way he unracks it is a huge give away
Also no spotters & while being oiled up
In an exhibition “Lift”

500x 20 is Likely as much as Big Kaz could’ve done.

As to how much he could legitimately press
I’ve no idea - From what other say on here
Cleary he was a very capable presser.

Have a day off, that's fake as fuck. No human being can or ever will be able to move 500lb so effortlessly.

Warlord wasn’t as big as Lesnar

MUCH bigger. And ...

I watched Warlord bench 455 for six paused reps like it was 135. Then I spotted him incline 365 for probably eight or 10. Easy.

(He began that maintenance workout repping 315 in the squat for what must have been 25 repetitions. He was wrestling that evening at Maple Leaf Gardens, so there was zero intensity being expended.)

Now, the video? I’ve gone back and forth, but, yeah, it’s almost certainly a work.

On a personal level, Warlord, while possibly being the most fearsome-looking fella I’ve ever seen, was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful (he was spotting my sets, too). He was offering lots of encouragement and compliments.

I believe it.  In high school. Yes, High School had this guy on the football team jacked on roids and similar build to warlord.  He’d easily bench 4 plates a side for 12+.  I could only imagine how much more he could years later if he kept it up.

I think the sound effects are possibly added.

There is a point at which he finishes his final rep at about 1:07 and the rattle is again heard and the plates barely move at all.

There is also the rubbish acting, throughout which casts in a poor light.

Warlord (Terry I think) trained at Golds Venice several times while I was there in the early 1990's. As Fortress says, the man was polite, engaging, quick to smile and a real gentlemen.  I honestly don't recall his workouts. Big big man, a very real 6'4" 320-330 I believe.
