Dorian Yates training journal
« on: September 03, 2020, 04:17:30 AM »
Just some clips from his training journal from 1985. Seems like he trained more like a powerlifter than a bodybuilder in his early years.

He also was one of the only bodybuilders to document everything for contest prep.

Good to see.  Nothing amazing, just hard training.

Folks are always looking for the magic routine.
Just pick one you like and work your ass off, muscle will come.
Now throw in a lot of gear like Yates did, and watch out. (Loads of temp/fake water-baloon muscle for thong-shows).

Would like to have a copy of his entire notebook journal/though

Looks like it is published by Gen-Iron, Kindle only though, no thanks. I like books.

Yes, people make physical transformations on many different types of routines.
