When you say "high intensity" what do you mean? Moving quickly no rest circuit style or using intensity variables like forced reps, partials, pre-exhaust, negatives...
forced reps, negatives, sets till failure. work outs arent to long, not many sets or reps either. I train with a training partner/trainer which you need to train HIT style. too hard to do it solo with forced reps.
for chest today
-flat barbell bench 3 sets of 8 (last set on smith machine to failure)
-incline DB bench 4 sets of 8-12
-flies - 3 sets 12 and a negative hold/reverse pauses
-weighted dips till failure
