If I have to live the rest of my life without freedom, then you can't count me in.

The fact that we live in a society where we're approaching getting to the point where 51% of the population will vote away all of our rights for an $1,800 stimulus check will break my mental health if that day comes.

I think it's implied in my post that the lock-down is getting to me. Aren't you still in some level of lock-down too?

And the reality is - if this is how the rest of my life will be, I will be chronically depressed, and effectively have perpetual mental health issues.

Put another way, my answer to illuminati's question is:

Yes. Right now.

But this will go away with freedom. But I have no faith that we will have freedom throughout the rest of my life here in The West. And why do I think that? Because I'm surrounded by fucking idiots who would give up their freedoms for a one-time stimulus payment.

None of that was unclear. Furthermore, all 2020 data reports mental health issues went up. This isn't some insignificant matter.

Are gyms closed where you are, Josh?

I don't suffer from mental illness. I enjoy every minute of it.  Insanity doesn't run in my family. It gallops. (Arsenic and Old Lace)

Only a few dozen.

I think that's most people.

Exercise almost completely eliminates these problems for me. I had no idea just how much working out helped me until taking a sustained layoff.

It's hideous to me that Bill Gates never recommends to anyone to exercise, or to eat healthier food. Now every cure is a pill, and 1 in 9 prescriptions in Canada is a benzodiazepine.

This lockdown really has been no big deal for me.

My wife and I stay home most of the time and only go out to get food and to doctors appointmdents and to the pot office for my Ebay stuff.

Wow. Ontario is such a piece of shit. We're still on lock-down and curfews.

I will wear a stupid mask when I'm out I'm out, if it meant everything else is normal. Fortress said that, and I have come to terms with it.

I walked past the LCBO today [Ontario government liquor store], and it was filled with people wearing masks loading up with alcohol.

Old...and looked like Mark Wahlberg did at 20 when you were 60.

I mostly stay home, too - but I want to get on a proper strength gaining program. Really, that was/is the biggest issue for me. Everything else was fine.

Sounds like we both benefitted in some ways from some time off. But I feel like I'm recharging my cellphone over and over when it hits 90% power, lol. Enough already.

I'm curious how fast you get back to peak form. It will help keep my mindset strong.

I don't agree that "age is just a number", but I do think a lot of people unnecessarily talk themselves out of being able to do things because they hit a certain age, and that's a drag.

Age never ever entered my mind but breathing is essential.

I feel awesome but when I exert myself a bit too much,I cant breathe for shit.

That`s why my old train fast and hard rule has to go out the window and I jut have to listen to my body now more than ever before.

I`d hate to survive Cancer then die of a heart attack.

Well we share a good few traits 👍🏻
I’m constantly now questioning my complete sanity & seriously contemplating letting
It all out - That wouldn’t be pretty or fair on many people though.
I’ll battle myself & get to a better place - I hope 🤞🏻👊🏻👍🏻
