You do have big arms you are thicker I am leaner but yeah you are older and still big so have to respect that you look like you can lift more than me

He looks thick but notice he is wearing a shirt and had to damn near kill himself to get to contest condition which left him with loose skin. I am absolutely in far better condition and shape than Joe. If we walk down the beach he looks fat next to me. I remember seeing this pic as a young kid of Vince Gironda. He didn't win a lot as even in his time they favored size over condition. But I liked his pyhsique  I also liked Frank Zane and later Flex Wheeler condition matters.
