You do have big arms you are thicker I am leaner but yeah you are older and still big so have to respect that you look like you can lift more than me

I am absolutely in far better condition and shape than Joe. If we walk down the beach he looks fat next to me. I remember seeing this pic as a young kid of Vince Gironda. He didn't win a lot as even in his time they favored size over condition. But I liked his pyhsique  I also liked Frank Zane and later Flex Wheeler condition matters.
