Also everyone is missing the fucking concept about current pics. If you post a current pic you can motivate and post a pic later showing improvement. That way these threads can motivate everyone. When you post a decade old pic of you in your prime you can't post an improvement pic in a couple months.

You want to hold yourself accountable post your training progress pics

I have improved a lot actually. I posted that because I hadn't trained in 6 weeks and was depressed due to injury. Posting gave me the motivation to grind out the recovery process and train. I made so much improvement Wes said I was photoshopped in my pics and everyone said I was lying about my weight.  And you know all this which is why you are hating.

This pic is from last week notice a difference since April? I went from that pic all the way up to 231lbs then dropped back down and now I am going back up again so yeah lots of changes since then

Thanks Rob I am trying. I am done being cut back to bulking 230 was uncomfortable last time but I know it can be done this time a little slower and more comfortably.
