Im helping to motivate him to actually train. He claimed that he is waiting for the Masters Olympia to return. Yes, he said that. How can he possibly compete at the Olympia level without some motivation?

First off there is no bruising or swelling on the right bicep the left bicep exterior has a different shape because the tendon is no longer attached at the shoulder from surgery. I have told you this many times. If I was shooting oil why wouldn't I shoot it in both arms and make them bigger? Why wouldn't I try to even them out? Why would one have a peak and not the other? Why do both arms look cut and separated from the inside?? Why didn't I stick it in my left delt that is atrophied from surgery or my right torn pec to create balance? Because I have never stuck one drop of oil in my arms shoulders or chest.

what do your arms measure? from the stage pics i'm guessing 16-17 inches? with a real tape measure right now?.. not jimmyed up with oil/sarms/escaline

Where did you place Bhank? Congrats on manning up and actual putting your money where your mouth is. I don't understand the hate you get here although it is mainly just ball-busting and not malicious. Some obviously take it a bit further but you seem to be handling all well.

Bhank competed so he should be given credit where credit is due....but honestly Bhank you just don’t have it.  You can look at someone and tell right away if they have a physique for successful bodybuilding.  It’s like watching people play sports, you pretty much know right away if someone is good or not.  Your physique isn’t going to win you any bodybuilding titles regardless of how much size you put on.  I’m not putting you down though because 99% of people don’t have it.  I’m just being honest with you.  Do you look bad?  Absolutely not!  But, at 40 something years old it isn’t something you should be pursuing if you wanna see your kid grow up and meet your grandchildren someday.  Just my 2 cents.  I’m sure you’ll still be here 38 pages later in this thread arguing about your delts or whatever so carry on.

Dude I have measured my arms a dozen times with tape on video 18.5-19inches  it doesnt matter you just keep saying I am lying. I have never put any oil or fucking esciline in my arms. My diet is I eat as much as I can. I know they have a different shape one of them has a surgically disconnected Tendon the other was fucking black 5 months ago. One has a surgically repaired shoulder the other has a surgically repaired tricep and one is connected to a torn pectoral so yeah they are not exactly the same. Neither have ever had a drop of fucking oil in them.
