Everything aches and hurts just waiting for something to snap, belly is also bloated and gassy, but thinking I can get a few more sets and another couple bowls of food down before bed. Did 5 sets of pullups earlier today doing rows now as was nauseous earlier and didn't finish workout. Bicep tendon seems to be holding up so far shoulder aches knee is cracking and popping have a headache but going to push through wanting is not enough you have to make it happen
