Well I am hacking up some flem now so not sure if it was the workouts yesterday the steak dinner or the overnight mild fever but actually rather lean this am at 224lbs. I would not call this Bloofy I plan to get a little nore bloofy just dealing with Covid roght now still in decent shape though

I have literally transformed my entire physquie since I started back after not training for a full 5 years, and no I`m not posting  pics....plenty of work to still do before I win my Pro-Card at the Master Nats......a whole year to perfect my build and not even on TRT as of yet......you should have trained harder and eaten like a bodybuilder and you could say the same thing I just did, but alas and alack.......... YOU KNOW JACKSHIT ABOUT BODYBUILDING.

I can`t tell to be totally honest with you but whatever.....I`ve been telling you the scale isn`t a good indicator of gained muscle tissue.

Now, you`re the premier measurement nut on here,the only one in fact....how much size if any have you gained on your quads,arms,and your waist.

Your waist is wide but tight with visible abs but they are shallow and need to be more developed....if you gained most of the size on your wait...not saying you did} what good is the added bodyweight?

I honestly do not see the progress....not hating I`m being honest....just my honest opinion and I know opinions are like assholes,we all have one..... just saying before you get mad and go there.

All righty then....personally I`m striving to go far beyond mediocrity, but if you`re satisfied that`s cool......I`m never gonna` be satisfied with how I look, even if I hit an all time best, so I keep on pumping like it`s my job.

Quads + Hamstrings:
Goblet Squats - 6 sets {ass to the grass...non-lock style}
DB Step-Ups - 6 sets  {did these unilaterally again}
DB RDL - 6 sets

Very little rest which was brutal, as the reps were fairly high and it`s humid as a bitch.

Had to skip calves today cuz they are as sore as all Hell.

5 sets of 20 leg extensions followed by a 3 hour nap have a pounding sinus headache took some Sudafed and advil having a hard time holding weight no appetitite just feel fluish

I will probably go back to bed around 9. I am hacking flem for fuck sake and still having hot flashes to go with an excruciating headache.

I confess, I didn't lift today and won't be for several more days. The post surgery aftercare directive specifically says to avoid lifting heavy objects for at least a week. Anyway, has anybody tried working out with one eye? I had cataract surgery this afternoon on my right eye which is why it is taped shut. Keyboarding is a challenge even though I don't often look at the keyboard.
